Terms and Conditions & Waiver of Liability for Industrial Cornstarch and all products sold at LAKE J.org
1. PRODUCT CLARIFICATION AND INTENDED USE
The Cornstarch product sold, distributed, or provided by LAKE J of IYATIORO is strictly manufactured and packaged for industrial, crafting, and manufacturing purposes only.
2. WARNING: NOT FOR HUMAN OR ANIMAL CONSUMPTION
This product is NOT a food-grade item. It is not manufactured, tested, packaged, or regulated for human or animal consumption. Ingesting industrial-grade cornstarch may result in severe illness, including but not limited to gastrointestinal blockages, toxicity, allergic reactions, and starch poisoning.
3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
By purchasing, receiving, handling, or ingesting this product, the User expressly acknowledges and agrees that they are using the product for purposes other than its intended industrial use. The User knowingly, freely, and voluntarily assumes all risks—both known and unknown—associated with the ingestion or misuse of this product.
4. RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the User, on behalf of themselves, their personal representatives, heirs, and assigns, hereby fully releases, discharges, and holds harmless LAKE J of IYATIORO, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liability, loss, or damages for personal injury, illness, death, or property damage arising out of or related to the ingestion or misuse of this product.
5. INDEMNIFICATION
The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LAKE J of IYATIORO from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) brought by third parties or incurred by the Company as a result of the User’s ingestion or misuse of this product.
6. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Terms and Conditions and Liability Waiver agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
7. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of FLORIDA. Any disputes arising out of this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Duval County, Florida.
